RuneWeb Drop Party a Success!

Posted by Seiferoth

Posted at 7th August 2005, 9:19AM (GMT +1000)

Today, the drop party was a success, there's two topics on the forums to post about it if you like!

I'd like to thank everyone for the huge turnout, though there was more people there then we currently have registered on the forums! Which means, You should register if you haven't already!

I went way overboard on this party, and went into my pocket to make the grand total over 10 MILLION COINS WORTH of items dropped... by me alone! There were also a lot of items dropped by the other RuneWeb Staff and even some of the members!

The next drop party, whenever it is, will have more item worth than this hopefully! It will at least match is, so join RuneWeb and prepare for more of our events!

Thanks,
The RW Staff

Taken From RuneScape.com:

Our New-York servers are now online. Another new location, with 3 new worlds for free players and 2 new worlds for members.
These are to help ensure there is plenty of capacity to go around as the game gets more popular.

And of course it also provides some nearby servers for everyone living in that part of the US.
